Shipping policy

Please allow 1 - 3 business days to process your order. Orders are not processed during weekends and some public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Flat rate shipping fee of $3.99 applies to all orders shipping to the United  Kingdom. We do offer international shipping at various rates depending on where you are located. 

Estimated delivery time is between 3 - 7 business days.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24hrs

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES

The Selfbuilt Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc,)

DAMAGES 

The Selfbuilt Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order please make us aware and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
